Having a quality speaker system is vital for many, but one has to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to have the sound they want inside their home or at a friends house. With this in mind, the folks at Thonet & Vander created a pair of speakers called the Kurbis Bluetooth Bookshelf Studio Monitors.
These speakers were designed in Germany, and from what we have gathered, they can deliver 340 watts without distortion. Furthermore, they come packed with Hammer Technology and an integrated amp, which should mean the bass should not come under extreme pressure when the volume is at its max.
According to the press release, the studio monitors are made from HDAA wood, therefore, the device should not suffer from vibration and the leakage of sound. Because of this, the speaker will likely bring better sound performance to the table, a boon for all audiophiles around the world.
Now, there’s a mesh placed on a section of the speakers for the purpose of protecting the drivers from external influences. Furthermore, there is a built-in 5.25-inch woofer made directly from aramid fiber for bass enhancement. Not only that, the monitors come with 1-inch silk tweeters for ultra-pure high tones.
Since this is a Bluetooth device, we should point out that it is powered by Bluetooth 4.0 wireless technology. With this tech inside, users can stream music directly from their smartphones or any other music device with Bluetooth connectivity.
If you have an Amazon Echo or Google Home product in your home, the Kurbis Bluetooth Bookshelf Studio Monitors will have no problems streaming music from these devices.
While we cannot say for certain how well these speakers sound, it should be noted that the company, Thonet & Vander, is an audio expert, and has been in this business since 1949. You probably haven’t been born yet, so let that sink in.
The speakers are available right now via both Amazon and Amazon UK for $149.98 and £149.99 respectively.
